I spent a little time this afternoon looking at my business card designs - the renders that I have used will need to be re-rendered to make them a better quality and also depending the on the background colour, the lights may need to be altered too.
I don't think the 'glaze/shine' on the button is reading very well at the moment because the high-point of white light is bleaching a little. I wonder too if you were to angle your button away from the viewer just slightly, we'd get a sense of the 'dome' and of the logo being three dimensional (as they sort of appear on the globe version you've got here). I just think a bit of three dimensionality will add interest - give it a whirl. Oh, I think your text elements are using too much of the total space - looks cramped too me - just reduce it all a wee bit and pull it away from the edge of the card.
I like the first one, still consistent to your overall project :)
ReplyDeleteI personally prefer the white one, but good stuff. :)
